Got a few shots of the babies under the Broodies. There are other colors under them, just seems like the black chicks are the most adventuresome! Funny thing is that Bo, Jr is the Daddy of all of them. He hogs all the hens! Poor Roger, my Crested Cream Legbar didn't daddy any of them! There are two Polish mixes (X Brahma)....should be interesting.....crest plus feathered legs.




 
Need a little help. I am hoping someone on here has seen a property (with or without a house) that is for rent in the 'anywhere but NE or too far from Atlanta' area that is chicken friendly. We found a spot in Jackson but no internet for my husband's job. It's an option but we would prefer to have wired internet. If you know of anything or wouldn't mind fostering 2 chickens for a little while, let me know. I'm selling the other 5. Basically, our landlord is not a man of his word and is trying to get us out because we requested the roof/mold be repaired and another big 'issue'.

Well I'm sure you will be glad to be rid of a landlord like that. Good luck and let us know how it turns out, I'm too far north for ya to be any help.

Absolutely! We're going as far as Rockmart, Woodstock (trying to stay away from 75/575 if possible), etc. I know you're up there, but a good deal is a good deal! Dave works in Woodstock and I work in Riverdale. Not a real happy medium.
