My wife will tell you she hates cats, now with this said, sometime around 14 years ago, she was headed somewhere (don’t remember), well she sees these two itty bitty kitties on the side of a backroad in th middle of no where. She slams on breaks, daughters jump out, she comes back home. I’m out back cutting the grass I see her truck pull in and wonder why she back so soon, should be several more hours before she gets home. I go up to the house to investigate, I see in the kitchen floor two cats, the one in the picture and her brother who isn’t with us anymore ( got in a fight with 2 dogs) he was the outside cat hated coming in.

Cats are a hit or miss I think. I have a friend who has a cat and it’s the best cat ever so it makes me want one. But I guess I have my own cat in the version of a medium size dog. He will do his business in private and cover it up. He’s a strictly outside dog.

Pullets are a gold mine right now. Everyone wants them. You could always sell some grow out pullets for people that want to get started with chickens but don't want to do the brooder stage.
