Yoga Chick raising chickens

Soooo excited to be raising chickens. My fondest memories as a young girl was spending time on my grandparents farm. I got to help milk cows & gather the eggs. Now I'm trying to recreate that for my grandchildren.

Oh that is so wonderful of you sharing with the Grandchildren as my Grandpa was the one who showed me about chickens and most of what I use to this very-day I learned from him I so wish you luck in your poultry ventures

This is last weeks batch of hatching egg's I worked with my
Children and Grandchildren on and it was wonderful ...







Out comes the first one's .....






By noon 18 total had hatched and what a time we had on
Friday taking them out of the incubator and putting them
into the brooder and taking photos for them to enjoy later ..






I wish you the best of luck and enjoy your time with the Children ...






This is the May hatch and the young Duckling has the chicks
lined up for inspection already ..

As more are hatching out ....






After 3 weeks the chicks go outside to make room for more ..
