yogurt and poly vi sol

I just bought natural non fat organic yogurt. I got the kind that had the least amount of sugar possible 9grams. Is 9 grams to much? That was the lowest walmart had. Also, what does poly vi sol look like? I looked at walmart but couldnt find it.

Poly visol is probably in the baby aisle - by the formula (it's a little bity dropper bottle package in a small box maybe 1" square - 3 " tall?) plus or minus but you get the idea! - and I bet your yogurt is just fine!!! Good luck!
