Yogurt For Chickens!

Over this site, I've realized that a lot of people feed their chickens yogurt as a treat. Do they really like it? What's the purpose, just a treat?

For the Calcium. I've been buying Yami vanilla flavor because it's not as sweet as some of the others. Also, Tillamook strawberry yogurt is really good, not overly sweet.
