Yolk not absorbed

I have a duckling that didn't absorb all the yolk. She is in the incubator. I have moistened it with neosporin and sprayed it with poultry antibiotic spray. It doesn't seem to be getting any smaller. She has been in there almsot 24hrs and is starting to cry like she is lonely. Is there anything else I can do for her? First picture from yesterday. Second from today.
