Yolk sac still attached??

My husband found this duck in the coop still half in its egg in the mud he peeled some of the egg off not thinking. What do I do?? It’s now on a towel under the heat lamp. Do I try to feed it later?

Thanks. He was alert and chirping and moving and did ok for a bit then we went out to check on him and he was gone I read where it’s kind of 50/50 on of they survive or not. I was really hoping he/she would make it.
