I noticed in the fist pictures posted the bump was clear and now it's got blood in that so it's definitely something more serious than unabsorbed yolk. Very liquid.

Yes, the sack definitely turned darker. Plus that white floating thing inside.

Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry! It looks like Omphalitis, it's caused by a bacterial infection of some kind and can cause significant amounts of fluid to build up in the abdomen.
