Yolk sack not absorbed

Hello I just hatched another litter and seem to have run into a chick that did not fully absorb it's yolk sack any tips , peroxide? Antibiotic ointment?

You can use Rubbing alcohol on that..Just like with all babies. Use a Q-Tip.
