i looked in the incubator just a bit ago and it was dead so i removed an i looked and it was its guts hanging out! there was loads as well and lots of blood

Keep it in the incubator until the sack is absorbed. If you are able to block a section off, so it doesn't get disturbed by others hatching, that would be ideal.
