Hi all.

I've recently noticed that some of our eggs have yolks that break rather easily when popping into a pan or bowl. Have any of you experienced this, and if so, was it a result of missing nutrients?

TIA

I have the same problem. Here's an old thread on the subject:

I also suspected they may need more protein, so I added some. Didn't help. Some of mine are older and they all free range. But all the eggs are like this, even from the ones that started laying in the last 6 months or so. I've about decided it is the free ranging.

If someone knows a magic cure, some vitamin or other nutrient, I'd love to know.
