Somebody sane might be a step up.

But what IS sanity? Is sanity the opposite of Em? What is the opposite of Em? Is the opposite of Em Kooshie? But is Kooshie really sane? Therefore, sane could not be the opposite of Em. Unless, of course, the opposite of Em is somebody completly different. However, everybody on this earth bears SOME resemblance to Em. Therefore, nobody is sane, and Em is as good a representative as anybody. All in favor, say aye!
