One of you said that If I give my chicken a half of a baby aspirin before bumblefoot surgery I don't have to throw out the eggs, it that right???? I am selling 18 on tuesday and want to make sure I DON'T include those if I can't, or not worry about it, if I don't have to worry.....LOL....I gave the half of baby aspirin last night before surgery...Baby aspirin eggs ok????

The possible (though probably very small chance) issues would be to someone who has an allergy to aspirin, hemophilia, or is on blood thinners or other clotting medications. If you want to be sure, you can either disclose it to buyers and let them decide, or discard (or only use personally if you have no issues) for 2 weeks.

Depending on the bumblefoot, the aspirin may not really be necessary. I've never used it pre or post treatment on my birds. If you are really going to be digging in your birds foot, then aspirin may cause more bleeding (blood thinning properties).
