I flipped 'em over at the store and peeked at their privates...but I never did it before and had no idea if you could do that for ducks like I saw a thread about chicken vent sexing.

I just wanted it to seem like I knew what I was doing. ha ha...and had I known boys are quieter...ha ha. So in theory...I have no idea what I have but they like each other's company.

so am i reading rouns get real big and both ducks are noisy noisy? and both are mostly for eatin rather than egg layin?

This was my daughter's cat. She was a gentle, fragile one. She dissappeared about a year and a half ago. We recently found a cat skeleton in our barn, so we think it was her. She really was a precious cat. Loved to lay in the sun all day. Her name was Almond. She was named after the pink flowering shrub in our yard. Gee, here I this thread was supposed to cheer you up and I go and post this sad note!

i had to sell them i was over run with ducks. but i enjoyed watching them grow. i have had pekin to but i cant remeber how they were. i got some baby pekins coming up now.
