I got this eggs yesterday! I think it is so neat looking.
I am going to blow it out and keep it!

I have had a few similar to that, Any idea what causes it? I was afraid maybe my hens were lacking something.

No clue what causes it. One of my marans sometimes gets white speckles on her eggs. (Not all the time) I get them plenty of oyster shell and I have not gotten any shell-less eggs. I think it is just a fluke.
