I walked into the coop the other day to lock up, and noticed George (a RIR hen) was bleeding a little bit from a over eager rooster. Then I glanced under the roost. Red feathers everywhere , I have two red birds George and Red a EE rooster. The feathers matched George, so I grabbed her to check for any injures. To find nothing besides her back and determined she is molting.

So she moved inside with me because of our nasty weather and to make sure her back didn't get picked at. It looks like a feather pillow exploded in my room.

Yep really bad timing on here part, but to make it worse for no apparent reason she freaked out last night. So I had to get up, hold her, and then walk and look around, to calm her down.
