With age it seems like it is so much easier to catch these stinking bugs or else the bugs are getting stronger and meaner.

Ditto and yes, they are nasty buggers these days.
Every stinking time I go grocery shopping, no matter what store, I always catch something. I keep telling myself I need to wear nitrile gloves to grocery shop but for some reason I can never remember (age thing) to grab them on my way out the door.

It's not just old it is the stage of old that can be measured by the number of naps per day....

Never have been a nap taker - fought them even as a kid. The Princess knows to call the doctor if I wear pajamas or take a nap.

I'm the same way, Sour. If I go back to bed after getting up in the morning, I'm pretty sick.

Naps leave me feeling nauseous yet hungry, and with a headache. I avoid them.
