You know you are getting old when:

When you no longer care about how many grey hairs you have (earned) and no longer pluck them out.
I found my first grey hair 6 days after my 21st birthday. I pulled it out and taped it to the bathroom mirror. It was the shiny, sparkly kind, like my grandmother got, which I thought was beautiful.

It grew back. I pulled it out again. It did not grow back, and I've never pulled out another grey hair. And if their are all as sparkly as the first one, like grandma's, I'll consider myself blessed.

I keep saying I'm going to go. At my age no fishing license is required.
No I don't need one here either. I prefer saltwater fishing as I never cared for sport fishing. I don't release unless undersized. I fish to eat and saltwater fish are so much better for my taste buds than most all freshwater fish. I do like to catch rainbow trout and smoke them. They are unique in that they come from flowing cold water. Brown trout would be just as good. I'd be game to try walleye out of some of the crystal clear upper mid western lakes and streams. I'm going to check and see if I can fish in the panhandle of FL's saltwater areas without a license at my age even though we now longer live in FL.
