Wow, no store around here has chicks this time of year - you have to find them from a chicken person... you're lucky too doms... wow... I would have jumped at the chance and gotten 10 to round the 40 up to an even 50 at least!

Roomie is shaking he is laughing so hard at all of you guys, Well actiually he is shaking head because he KNOWS that by tomorrow morning we will be having some Dom's in the brooder box that I just got scrubbed out and bleach and sun sanitized yesterday to get ready for the new batch... Little realizing the new batch would arrive ahead of schedule! hmmm 10 more to round up to 50? Sounds like a plan! That's only $20.00! Plus I have a coupon for $8.00 off a 50# bag of Purina Start and Grow! At $12.50 a bag that means 10 Dom's and 50# of feed for $24.50! A STEAL! Will the 5 week-ers really blend okay with the 1 day-ers? Oh heck... Look who I'm asking! Geez I'm screwed! I gotta do this!
