I do not cut mine up in matchsticks. I cut my potatoes in quarters and then slice off a little triangle shapes.
I have company to feed tonight I might have to make some fried taters so y'all people can see what they're supposed to look like.

Hm... I've had Moon Pies before, and now I wonder if I could make them at home... heck, I could even make the marshmallow fluff, too, and then I could make different flavors... hm....
