Ok, I've just spent the last 3 days reading allllllllllllllll these posts instead of getting the house/garage ready for my son's 7th birthday! AND y'all added 5 more pages since I started!

If you spend hours in your coop on July 3rd because every idiot in the neighborhood is blowing off fireworks, and you're thrilled when it rains out most fireworks on the 4th so it doesn't scare your girls!

All the rest have already been stated lol & btw, dang good job because there really aren't TOO many repeats in 120 pages! Or is that just scary in its own way...?

Now I'm gonna try painting the girls' nails before the birthday party today

Funny my DH is coming around more and more, how could he NOT? I only talk about them, all day long. So and so is laying in the nest, she's checking out the nest box..any day now...or, I am soo surprised that my black girl isn't being the head of the pecking order...oh, you all know what I'm saying throughout the day..I got so many eggs today...and so on, any ol way, he's standing out on the back porch with me for a min. watching the girls and say, hey, she looks like she has finger nail polish on. I didn't do it! lol... They were just a lot lighter than her feet, quite a bit lighter...I just smiled to myself and thought to myself, he loves them too. Well, not sure about love, but he gets a kick out of them too. He chuckles at their funny little doings..and I'm not talking about their droppings. So, I guess I can add, when you have a husband that has come around from, oh their just chickens..to a husband that says, that was cute, it's only because some crazy lady has literally talked him into liking them.

Oh yeah, I'll post pics tmrw. All 6 have neon pink toesies

They handled it quite well considering two are total 'don't touch me' girls lol, just flipped them on their backs in my lap, did the toes & bribed them with dry oatmeal & mealworms! NOW, even the anti-social ones were running up to be pet & rubbed tonight

Considering they're all redheads, I think the neon pink complements them well.
My mom almost peed herself when she called & I told her; all our friends just gave me 'the looney look' & laughed hysterically- they all already know I'm certifiable!
