Deb...there must have been something with the alignment of the planets...I had plumbing issues too! I went into the master bathroom and thought the toilet sounded like water was running inside of it...then looked in the bowl and thought Hmmm, looks a little too full of water... THEN(ok, get ready for this)decided, I'll FLUSH the darn thing....lets just say that water ended up all the way downstairs...I think I now know what Niagra Falls looks like.

Oh dear! That is bad! My kitchen has piles and piles of dirty dishes all over the place. Dirty pans, utensils, glasses, knives, cookware, etc. It is going to stink soon if this doesn't get fixed.

Time to toss it in the bed of the truck and head for the car wash!

You might have to wash them dishes "camping" style....take dishpans outside, one with soapy water the other with rinse water and wash outside. But then, I don't know what your weather is like...it's 68F here.

Elly - I am not doing those dishes. I cook, I work, I do laundry, I do all the errands. Dishes is someone else's resposibility!

If the plumber can't get there tonight I will be doing that. Hit the grass with a hose. The worst of it is that we had ham last night with a brown sugar honey glaze. You can imagine the sticky mess I have.

I'd be running to home depot and buying a little hand crank snake and pull that clog out myself. Just cost about twenty dollars, quicker than calling a plumber.
