~YOU vs NATURE~

I gave Griz something to smell. "Alright bud, prove your worth." I told him. He put his nose to the ground sniffed the snow in large circles before finding the scent he was after. 

Once he found the scent I followed as fast as I could but my leg was so swollen now.It needed stitches but I had nothing for that.

 

[Americano Blue]

I ran after Griz. "Ease up!" I told him. Griz slowed down to a trot put kept moving.

"Thanks,"I said getting to slow down a bit.

I smiled and convinced Griz to go to a slow trot. His tail wagged slowly.

I kept limping after him we got about 100 feet when I started to wonder how far she had gone.

"Does she usually wander this far?" I asked the girl. I knew Griz had an excellent nose and I trusted the dog fully.

I sighed,"No she usually is only a couple yards from me at....."I stopped walking and looked ahead of us.I heard honking."ASSYRA!"I yelled extremely loud.I heard her start honking like crazy in reply but I also heard more honks then she was capable of.I started walking as fast as I could we went up a hill.

I told Griz to heel and followed her.

Once I reached the top of the hill it was a pretty steep downwards grassy hill and then a large grassy field that was beside the river.The grass was barely alive but alive enough for geese.There was patches of snow it had been sunny all day and must have melted some of it away.I spotted Assyra with a very large flock of geese.Canadian geese it appeared there was probably 20 of them.We were far enough away they weren't scared.Assyra was looking at me I smiled back but I said,"Blue we need to figure out a way to catch some of those geese.I don't know how she found them but this is God saying you don't have to starve."
