Young Aggressive Cockerels

I keep multiple flocks also...when working towards improving breed sop standards, multiple males/females are needed to grow out to adult feathering/egg color.

Temperament is genetic and included in my breeding program. I do not breed from aggressive males/females.

Being that the thread topic is aggressive males, if I'm not improving over my breeder roos in future progeny, they would be a cull. (Re-home, sell, harvest)

Edited to add.. this is not to say you can't separate them out to see if there's any change in temperament if you want to try. But in my opinion, if they are not learning from my older good roo, they need to go. By putting them in with older flock you may see improvement. Your flock rooster should not tolerate any tag teaming of his hens.
