I have 6 young roosters (age 8 weeks and 11 weeks) that need homes as soon as possible. They are starting to crow and living in large dog crates inside (I live in town and cannot have roosters outside). I want to find them homes of their own as soon as possible so they can start enjoying the outdoors.

I have hatched and hand-raised them from my own eggs (4 of them are from the candling progression thread here on BYC). They are healthy and tame with great little personalities. I do not allow them to peck or bite me so you will not be getting mean roosters. I treat them as pets so would prefer they go to a home with similar ideas. If you are interested in adopting a nice young rooster, please PM me. I will not ship them but I will deliver them within a reasonable distance (I live in the mid-Willamette Valley).

I have:

3 - Bantam Black Japanese/Cochin X's, age 11 weeks

3 - Golden Laced Cochin/EE X's (their Dad was a bantam Cochin, Mom a standard size EE). One of them is 11 weeks old, 2 are 8 weeks old. The 11 week old is in the photo below, the two 8 week olds are more black with gold lacing.

First one is a very pretty color! I hope somebody snatches these boys up for you!

Thank you, I hope so too! If not, they are going to silkichicken's freezer camp in WA

I'm taking some new photos this afternoon. Bailey, the first one, is even more handsome now...just an odd comb (half single/half pea), lol but I think that makes him unique
