She may have wry neck or torticolis. That is when the neck is turned downward, upward, or to the side from neurological reasons. Can she raise her neck at all? I would give her some poultry vitamins containing thiamine (vitamin B1,) vitamin E and selenium, a mineral found in egg, tuna, and some seeds. The problem with wry neck, a symptom that can be caused by a vitamin deficiency, a head injury, heredity, or by certain infectious diseases, such as Marek, lymphoid leukosis, or respiratory diseases in later stages, is that they may not be able to get enough to eat and drink. She may have to be held wrapped in a towel, and fed watery feed seceral times a day if that is a problem.

Is she eating and drinking well?
i am not positive just found her like this my chickens are penned in a coop at night and free range during the day everyone ran out perfectly normal this morning and have food and plenty of fresh water sources

Is she pecking something or just walking like that?
when she walks she will hold her head out but not up and when she stops she bobs a little and rests her beak on the ground like it might be the most comfortable to her

I'm wondering if this could be signs of wry neck?
I am not sure.
Do you have poultry vitamins on hand?
