Young chicken suddenly has no balance

I also noticed this near her tail.. not sure what it is but every time I touch it, she’s gets weird and she keeps moving her tail side to side at random.

You are so cute. That’s the preen (oil) gland. Not to worry. However, sadly I have to say the photo reminds me of Marek’s. Can you dose her with some straight nutridrench or other poultry vitamins?
Oh good lol I was nervous. But where can I get the nutridrench? I feel so bad for her. I did make a sling with some zip ties and an old t shirt and she has food and water infront of her.

Where in the world are you located? Different brands of poultry supplements are available in different countries? Here in the UK, Nettex Nutri Drops are the equivalent to Nutri Drench in the USA. Putting your location (it only needs to be your state or nearest city and country) helps us to see at a glance each time you post and give appropriate advice based on your location in the world. It can make a significant difference in respect of a lot of issues, not just brands of products and services available but prevalent illnesses in your area and things that can be ruled out due to climate etc.
Unfortunately Marek's Disease is pretty well worldwide and your young bird is displaying symptoms that would fit the disease and is the prime age when it is vulnerable to it.
Supporting it's immune system with a good vitamin supplement and digestive system with probiotics or fermented feed and ensuring that it is well fed and not stressed is important. Keeping it within sight of the flock but in a protected environment can prevent them from getting depressed and also helps prevent integration problems when they are hopefully healthy enough to go back into the coop. I have had some Marek's birds make some spectacular recoveries but unfortunately some will die and if they recover they will always carry the disease and you would have to assume that the whole flock has already been exposed to it. That said, it may not be Marek's, but it is the most likely cause of the symptoms you are seeing. The alert eyes and good appetite are common with Marek's in the early stages. They usually just have an inability to coordinate some of their limbs in order to balance.
Fingers crossed your bird pulls through this.
