young chicken twisting neck and walking backward

I have an 8 wk. old Red who 4 days ago started displaying strange behavior. At first, it looked like she was just preening her belly feathers but then I realized she was uncontrollably twisting/contorting her head and neck down underneath her body and walking backward at the same time. It's almost like a seizure and she does it all the time. She does exhibit normal behavior at times. Has anyone heard of anything like this?
