Young Chicken With Swollen Eye - Help

Hello, recently I ordered some breeding chickens from My Pet Chicken. Currently, they are just over 3 weeks old. One of the males I got, a Light Brahma, has a swollen eye. I've used some Saline to hopefully flush it out but, it hasn't worked. Today I opened his eye a little and some clear fluid came out immediately. I also saw a white mass in his eye. It was covering almost the whole eye. He is always the loudest one in the brooder and hasn't grown many of his wing feathers. Has anyone encountered this before? What should I do?

I would wonder if the chick got pecked in the eye or has gotten something in it? Do you have any pictures? Saline is good to use, followed by Terramycin eye ointment from a feed store or plain Neosporin ointment twice a day. Does she have any other symptoms, such as frequent sneezing or lethargy?

I have been using Neosporin but, he doesn't open his eye so it's hard for it to actually go in.
