New to chickens and i dont know if this behavior is natural. I have 2 cochins and 2 black sex links. The sex links are a few weeks older than my cochins. They dont have all thier feathers yet so i still have them in my box i made for them. The sex links have started laying on one side and putting a wing out. Then it will get up and run around the box. I think i have seen both of the sex links do this. They look so much like each other i cant really tell if one or both is doing it. The cochins arent acting this way but they are younger. Is this a natural behavior? I am supposed to have all hens but maybe one is a rooster and this is breeding behavior? Please help.......
