Young chicks crowing

We have some crested cream legbar roosters and they started crowing at 8 weeks of age And they are also breeding hens At this age. Is this normal for this breed to be doing this? We end up separating them into a building by them selves just the roosters.Until we can get them sold.

Some roosters get hormonal earlier than others. Once they start harassing hens, I move them into the bachelor pen.
