Young Easter Egger not laying…

We got four lavender orpingtons and one died. We replaced it with the easter egger, so she is only one week younger than the other four. We introduced them into the coop early on so it's not a new environment. She is still at the bottom of the totem poll though.

How old are these birds, in months...and are the Lav's laying?

I agree with what has been said above - its probably because of the shortening days -less daylight
