young lethargic rooster

I have a young rooster, 4 months old, cuckoo marans, that acts different from everyone else in the coop. He has coordination problems, when outside he doesn't move around much but stands in one spot and his head will slowly sink towards the ground and he keeps his eyes closed most of the time. Has anyone heard of this type of behavior? He's very low in the pecking order and hasn't tried anything with the girls at all. I do plan on culling him, but wondering if I should do it sooner rather than later?

It could be a number of things, but he does sound sick. If it were me and I weren't going to keep him, I'd cull him and send or take him to the OSU Veterinary Diagnostic Lab for a necropsy to find out what it is in case it's something that could affect the rest of your flock.
