young pullet roosting in water

Can somebody please help? I have a 5 month old pullet new to our flock that insist on sleeping in the water. I can't help but to be concerned that something is the matter. Has anybody heard of a chicken doing this?

Where is the water? Is she outside, or perching on the waterer, or on the edge of a bowl or something? How long have you had her, how long has she been doing that? Are some of the other chickens bullying her and keeping her away from the regular roosting spots? Have you tried moving her to where she should be sleeping?
