Young rooster aggressive towards older flock

I have had roosters/cockerels that are like that they basically want to mate but can't figure it out so it ends up them pecking/clawing at the poor old hen instead.
As for him just going after that one then he probably is like a young boy with his crush, often injuring her in the "flirting process".

He’s definitely gotten his practice in and has turned into a gentle giant with the girls. I haven’t notice any harm in the last couple weeks. Thank god!
