I'm new to having chickens. I bought 6 chicks last week and one I have learned is a male, what behaviors chould I start expecting from him?

Not much. Until he is older, say around 12 weeks, you normally don't see much difference at all. All chicks chest bump and find their place in the pecking order.

At 16 weeks, you'd likely notice his manhood coming through, crowing, taking a strong leadership role in the flock. At 20 weeks, he may become quite hormone charged and start mounting the hens, the best he can.

Hope that helps.
