Young rooster falling backwards

I’m new to BYC. I’ve have chickens for 1 year. I have 14 hens and 2 roosters. I try to raise them on organic feed and grass. I feed them organic and put them on grass in a tractor daily. They have been healthy but both rooster got gap worms. 1 yr old doing good since treated but 6 mo old is struggling. He keeps falling back when he try’s to jump But not choking any more.
