How long have they been separated from the rest?

About 4-5 days...
She keeps laying in the meantime. I am thinking of cracking one of the eggs and check

If they're separated 24/7 from the flock for 4-5 days, definitely crack an egg and post some photos

I don't think they mated even though they were together for 5 days. Because most of the time the rooster only tried to find the way out, esp. when another female passes by their pen...
