Young Silkie, cockerel or pullet?

I have a two month old Silkie named Bluebell, and I am thinking it might be a cockerel. I am hoping for a pullet two use in my breeding program. Does anyone have guess on the gender? Thank you!

Judging by the streamers coming off the back of the comb, which only males get, I would say he is a cockerel.
