Young Wyandotte rooster? Or hen?

Here's a couple of pictures of her legs - second photo showing the Wyandotte next to the Light Sussex.

Is the leg colour related to the gender? Or breed? She's a backyard chook so we're not bothered at all.

Thanks for the comments.

So it's 16 weeks now? I would be expecting to see the longer skinny feathers on neck and back near tail and a rooster tail forming by this age. Is there any sign of new feathers coming in?

Mine had a definate roosters upright stance by then too.

No sign of new feathers (I don't think) - It does seem to have an upright stance compared with the other hens (different breeds)

We think its between 14 - 16 weeks old.
