Your 2025 Garden

I survived the berry plant rack at TSC... And the seed rack... I'm well stocked except for those Jumbo Sized Lima bean seed. I forgot to look Saturday and again today. I've still got a month to remember them.
I was there, wanted an elderberry plant but that was one berry TSC did not offer.

While I was there I bought a Momma and a Baby Pig toys for my younger granddaughter. I had ordered a set of barnyard animals for her, online, but a Momma Pig was not included. So...I had to find one. And a baby

I have had next to no luck with the potted (boxed) plants I have purchased at TSC. I think only one has survived, out of all of the berries, vines, and flowering plants I have purchased.
The problem with TSC plants here is that they won't grow here. I thought they would get over trying to sell almond trees here but they get more in every year.

I bought two trumpet vines. Yeah, those indestructible, nothing kills it, trumpet vines. I wanted them for the honey bees. Both died.

Ed, my bee guy, laughed when I told him I bought trumpet vine. He told me to get cuttings off his anytime. His is about 6 feet wide and the height of a power pole.
I tried them here, they didn't like my well water and died.

I finally got some potted ones at Flowerland. I am pretty sure one died, but maybe the other one is still alive. I'll know in a month or so.

Why would it not like your well water? What's in your water?
Really high TDS (Total Dissolved Solids). When it got on the leaves it plugged the pores basically suffocating the plant. It also contains lots of iron.
