Your 2025 Garden

No problems here. We left in a hurry unexpected change of plans before a hospital procedure in a Pensacola Hospital Monday morning.
We left in a rush Sunday night for a motel room near the hospital and had to be there by 11pm. All is well from the hearth cath. No blockage this time and the old stent looks good. Arteries look good too. I'll be off mostly for another few days protecting my wrist as that is where they started with the camera to get inside this old bag of bones. Y'all carry on as I love seeing the photos. Trying to get help from family to get plants in. I'll get tomatoes in the ground very soon.

Congratulations on getting to

I may never make that many posts here but in times of old I did make over 250,000 posts on one board. :thI no longer frequent it as the gardening and homesteading type threads are sorely lacking in the quality we have here on BYC.

You only need 420 more posts to make 30,000.
Still moving slow today. Can't transplant in the garden as it is to windy to use the propane torch to cut out circles to plant the transplants in. I really didn't want to just yet. Help is coming for a couple of days on Friday that can bend down much better than I can. If not by then today's shot in the lower back will be kicked in good and I'll got at it like a woodpecker on a wormy dead tree.

My garden was covered in an inch of snow this morning.

Yesterday I worked the soil in the main garden with the stirup hoe. Cleaned out the rest of the clumps of grass. Was nice to see freshly worked ground again. It is time to plant the cabbage and potatoes. It will have to wait a few more days as my back recovers from yesterday.

Today I will make rounds checking on seedlings. They are scattered now with some inside, outside and in the greenhouse. May get rain this evening.
