Took a tiny little taste piece. They be on the "warm" side.

These look like cayenne to me but I have never grown but a few hot peppers.

If we get enough mild jalapenos this year they will be used for Cowboy Candy for the tender mouth kids.

I am one of those tender mouth kids.

Ma just brought in a head of romaine that dwarfs what we get from the markets. I've never seen one this large and she says that it is the smallest one. Bought 3 large tomatoes today so BLT's will be on the menu tomorrow.

Tuesday afternoon

Transplanted some Columbines that a friend gave to me:

And dug an area for yarrow:

Lynch pin is missing from one of the wheels on my Gorilla cart.

I ordered 4 new ones from Gorilla, as the shipping was the same for one or four. I'll put them away in case I need another pin in the future.

You may well be right.

I believe I have a food allergy to cayenne. After eating the soup made with a couple of the unknown peppers, I ended up feeling exactly like I used to feel before I quit eating cayenne peppers. If I make the soup with jalapenos, it does not affect me this way.

Rehomed the unknown pepper plant.

We are getting some unexpected "hit or miss" heavy rain. Didn't look like it would be anywhere near us, and here it is, pouring down, with thunder and lightning.
