Your 2025 Garden

Pics
I am always pulling pine, gum and mimosa seedlings. I don't think I will ever be rid of mimosa.

We got a lot of rain last night in a short time. There is street flooding nearby. A few people were rescued from vehicles. I have seen photos of water up to door steps about 20 miles from me. We are expecting more rain this evening. I sure hope it misses this area. We need to dry out.

I will be headed to the garden shortly. I know it is saturated. I'll pick what ever I can and hope for the best. Seems like a lot of battles this year.

The garden is so wet. My footsteps made squish, squish sounds. There is so much moisture in the air. It is very uncomfortable outside. Highs today in the mid 90s.
Pumpkins, butternut squash, watermelon and canteloupe vines have almost filled the bed.

I am hoping for rain today. :fl :fl :fl :fl :fl :fl :fl We really need it.

Feast or famine, huh?
Do you eat the nuts from it?
Actually, no. I collected them one year, many years ago. Made a huge mess. I might try again this year. The squirrels can share, dang it!
