@pollipazzi, you can check out the site "Hueglkulture raised beds", it's a great place to see the pallet beds that another member makes. I got my pallets because my husband delivered a load and they left 11 nice pallets in the trailer so he told me about them and brought them home. I probably looked like an idiot with how excited I got about them.

i have these cup hooks on magnets. i wonder would they stick? probably not that lucky.

If not, I’ve had some luck with hair clips keeping netting in place on my plastic plant boxes. It’s not perfect (I’ve still occasionally had issues with chipmunks and squirrels climbing under it) but it keeps out deer.

I would have been just as excited!

When hubby told me about some metal posts he could reclaim from where he worked, I was wide-eyed and clapping my hands with excitement!

My family says that I am too hard to buy gifts for and I told them all you have to do is buy me something for the garden or the chickens and ducks. I'm excited with that

i was asked what i wanted for christmas.

I don't understand why people don't listen to what we want. They act like it's going to kill them to make us happy.

i think they just don't understand why we'd want that. surely i'd rather have charlotte tilbury products instead

but! in fairness, i just now ordered 6 metal raised beds and two big rolls of hwc and washers, so i still got it!

also. i don't know why i didn't remember before, but these clips are great for garden things too...

Yes they are. I'm so happy for you being able to get the stuff you want. I just bought 6 flowering bulbs already planted and I am going to get them planted. I decided even though I don't really have the money I cannot pass up flowers for $1.97 already planted. I got them at Walmart so my flower bed area is going to be not only beautiful but fragrant also. I got hyacinths, daffodils, tulips and crocus. I'm definitely posting pictures of the flower bed area when I get done planting.
