Oh thats a super fun idea!The huge leaves are awesome if you want to make a bird bath from them, it's been a long time but I used sand mix type cement.
I love my rhubarb jam! I make it so that it's not as sweet as most recipes. If I had to buy the rhubarb, it would cost me about $20.I don't need more plants I'm not a big rhubarb fan I like it but I don't really use it much in my day to day so the two plants is more than enough.
I nake strawberry rhubarb homemade ice cream with mine every year. I get about a gallon of ice cream out of it pending my strawberries and rhubarb both do well which is more than I eat in a year I'm not a huge daily ice cream personI love my rhubarb jam!
