YOUR favorite breed!

These are all so awesome! And great breeds, too! My personal fave breed is the good ol' Buff Orpington! Sweet, calm, not-so-flighty, quiet, docile, big featherballs, great layers, too. They also live a long time! Yaaay for Buffs!
I'm surprised no one had mentioned this breed yet!
Oh no... am I being too overenthusiastic again with my unnecessary exclamation marks and my cheesy "Yaaays!"?
I'm known for my bright overenthusiastic posts.... forgive me!! Thanks!! Here's proof! Bye!

I loved my Buff Orpington. They are the 'golden retrievers of the poultry world.'

Black Copper Marans eggs are awesome birds are beauties and they are very nice have a rooster that’s a real nice guy hens pick at my buttons on my shirt. Then Blue Icebar several colors of green and specked green eggs birds are blue, black, splash and then some pretty friendly. There are many others but I do like golden sexlinks they have been very friendly and are laying machines of very large brown eggs pretty much every day only problem they only last a couple of years for egg production. I could go on and on with other breeds guess I just like chickens.

#1, Naked necks
#2, Turkens
#3, Anything crossed with a naked neck that still is a naked neck.
:D
Why? Cause they are the ultimate dual purpose. Great layers, good meat birds, easy processing half the feathers and no hair on them. Hens are as friendly/annoying as silkies.
Super hardy hot or subzero weather. Disease resistant.
And just down right cool!
