Being married to an electrician and having an IT geek son - the electronics, cabling and security in our houses (where we live and where son lives) is like a maze.
Yep remember being poor as church mice as a kid - having trapped rabbitt casserole, plumped up with the veges Mum grew was normal and Yum. 5 of us (accross 3 generations) back then. Then Pop passed on and the folks had 3 more kids.

Sounds like a book. Should maybe write about it. as a keepsake for the youngers if nothing else. Might could get it published. I just read a book kind of similar.

We are super poor, but we had a neighbor who worked in a specialty electronics shop, he gifted us the sound system for a late Christmas when it went on sale after new years when the new model came out. We have treasured it since.

I am considered poor as in I receive food stamps but we have food and it wasn't always like that. I have many story's of doing w/o. Eating from garbage dumpsters was my shining glory. It really sucks and Im sorry

We are in for rain and storms most of the night tonight. Already gave Sammy a Benadryl, so he's pretty relaxed.

Lots of rain here. All night last night and looking to be the same tonight. Thunder shaking the house and a little lightening too.
Where I go to the heart Drs. in Lawanceburg the animal shelter had to be evacuated due to flooding.

I actually can't believe the stuff I discuss on here with you guys, you're total strangers! But somehow you feel like a bunch of sisters sitting around a coffee table. People talk about the internet isolating people and driving them spart, but I feel like it draws us together. At least it does here.

Yes, I think when I stumbled across this forum I found the oh so elusive type of people I could be friends with, the ones I have been searching for all my life! I also realized why I don't meet people like you in normal life... because like me you are all hiding in your homes, probably in the country, avoiding all the crazy people out there and tending your animals and gardens! then if I did happen to bump into you... like me you would probably assume the other person (me) is just as crazy as the rest of the world and would shy away from real conversation! But on here there is a small amount of anonymity, plus we are all similar types in many ways, thats what drew us here.

They just did mine and I was told that was fine. It showed the infection and all the others including blood. My pee was bright orange at the time. I don't understand.

You probably have a VERY high infection count then. Especially if there was blood, so it would be pretty hard for the lipstick to miss it.
