Your gender/age guess...

So I got this baby 2.5 weeks ago. The first 2 pictures are three days after we got "her" I am guessing that "she" is 3-4 weeks old.

What do you think?

Around 4 to 5 weeks for age

I'd say that she's a pullet, based off of the coloring. As for the age, I think that she is around four weeks old.

About a month old. Too young to know if it's a cockerel or a pullet yet.

4-5 weeks of age. Too young to tell the gender for sure, but I don't see any obvious cockerel characteristics.
