Do ducks make good sausage?

Ducks make EXCELLENT sausage. Chicken is good substitute for pork sausage recipes. Duck is good for beef sausage recipe substitution - its all dark meat. No, its not exactly like beef, but its much closer than chicken. and when I make burgers? If I can't all duck, then 1/2 duck 1/2 chicken is much more "burger-like" than a chicken burger...
Also, I need to update my Sig - there are 7 cheeping hatchlings (chickens, one with the wrong coloration) behind me.
